LAS VEGAS, NV-Workbnb, Inc., a Techstars venture backed portfolio company and graduate of the inaugural Build in Tulsa Techstars Accelerator, today announces a series of team member updates, including Tulsa 12 cohort members, and Construction executives joining the tech company to further drive revenue and prepare for a BETA launch. First, the company announces Seth Alexander, the VP of Operations for Ames Construction and Chris Brooks, the VP of Preconstruction and Co-owner of The Penta Building Group have agreed to serve as founding brand ambassadors to provide deep insights and contribute to business development efforts.

I'm energized to be a part of the launch of an efficient booking platform for our employees to feel like they have a home away from home,” says Chris Brooks from Las Vegas-based The Penta Building Group.

Also, in a strategic move to bolster revenue, and appease investors, Workbnb, Inc., initated a partial acquisition of Phoenix-based WavaSpace to obtain co-founders with more operational and technical expertise to increase Workbnb’s alpha test capacity and execute technical capabilities as the company completes a pre-seed funding round. Details of the acquisition will remain private; however, both companies agree the deal is mutually beneficial to bring value to property owners in need of alternative revenue sources. In exchange, Workbnb will be leveraging marketing and sales experience to WavaSpace to increase their user base. Workbnb has gained three new cofounders to the Company's cap table. Frank Aikhu, a Senior-level technical product manager with over a decade of experience and a graduate from the University of Virginia will serve as Workbnb’s Vice President of Engineering.


Valentine Aikhu, a Senior operations leader with over a decade of experience and former CEO of Easychops and a graduate from the University of Virginia will serve as Workbnb’s Vice President of Operations. Jada Jones, a highly experienced customer success thought leader and graduate from the University of Arizona has also joined the Workbnb team of cofounders including Yeves Perez, Daj'Anique Staples, David Acosta, Angie Sotelo, and recently Tahirah Staples, and joining executive level leaders such as Creative Director, Cid Sanchez-Condoluci.

Lastly, the Company is proud to announce Tulsa-based Chris Hartshorn will serve as Workbnb’s Chief Financial Officer.  Chris spent the first 6 years of his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young in the audit practice, focusing on software, technology, and biotechnology companies.  From public accounting Chris was recruited to a SaaS technology company in Tulsa, Oklahoma as their Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2020.  This company achieved a successfully exit to private equity in Q4 2021.  Chris is currently consulting with early-stage venture backed companies as a fractional Chief Financial Officer.
